Convenient Stay with Great Amenities
perfect location friendly staff modern amenities chocolate hour
The location proved ideal for exploring local attractions (everything felt very accessible). i found the staff consistently helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. i especially appreciated the chocolate hour. It was a nice, unexpected treat.
the room i had faced the main road, and there was some noticeable street noise at night.

The hotel features a korean restaurant on the 13th floor, offering meals with city views. I did not try the restaurant, but it looks very tempting. complimentary chocolate hour from 3 pm to 4 pm included small desserts and chocolate, served free of charge.

the hotel provides paid parking at $60 per day, with staff available to handle the car. there is a large grocery store located in the same building, a convenience . the rooms feature large bottles of shared body wash and shampoo.

the hotel is conveniently located in the cbd and near both the train station and various shops. the waterfront is easily accessible from the hotel, placing guests near restaurants and boutiques. access to the international airport takes around 30 to 35 minutes.

CENTRAL location and amazing service
really good flexibility easy walk friendly staff professional staff
I found the location ideal for exploring downtown. It was easy to walk to shopping areas, also close to the ferry. The staff demonstrated really good flexibility by allowing me to stay an additional night. I did not need to check out, nor check back in. The staff were friendly and professional.

The hotel features convenient laundry facilities. I appreciated this amenity. A restaurant provides breakfast service with healthy choices. It also has city views. Valet service is available, I found it fast and reliable.

The hotel sits in a central downtown area. It is easy to access. Nearby are several coffee shops as well as a grocery store. A drugstore is one block from the hotel. A LARGE plaza leads toward ferries and the harbour.

The room was spacious and clean. I found it well maintained. The hotel offers a pillow menu providing extra comfort choices. Top-quality products were available in the bathroom for personal use. The room includes convenient amenities such as a coffee maker.

acceptable location, disappointing room
unreliable wifi small room
the location was acceptable near shops and restaurants.
The room itself was a letdown. The shower was not good. wifi kept disconnecting. This was quite annoying. i found the room to be smaller than the photos suggested.
